YIFF! Magazine is a publication that aims to highlight talent and share experiences from within adult furry spaces. The project was born both out of a distrust of modern web-based porn distribution models and a desire to collaborate with like-minded horny animals on a substantial, community minded art project. Our main point of reference for this project is the funny animal comix scene that the furry fandom we know today is based on, as well as other niche dirty magazines from the era.

YIFF! is currently seeking out creatives who are willing to get their paws dirty with nailing down what each of this magazine's issues will actually look like. This means we're looking for artists, writers, designers, printers... Basically anyone who might be interested in contributing to this project's development. YIFF! will contain writings about the modern day furry, reviews of adult works in the furry sphere, fictionalized articles, activity pages and so on, as well as visual art and ilustration, of course. If none of the above ideas interest you, you can always propose your own!

YIFF! operates (at least for now) under the APA model. In other words, YIFF! Magazine will at first only be distributed to the people who were a part of its first issue's inception. These copies of YIFF! Magazine will function as payment for helping to create the final product. From there, these initial copies will be distributed (not sold) to parties who may be interested in acquiring or contributing to future editions of the magazine. After we've perfected our format, and there's something rolling in the way of hype surrounding the project, YIFF! will likely shift towards a model more similar to most modern subscription-based models for the general public. Free copies of YIFF! Magazine will always be distributed to its contributors.

The goal of YIFF! Magazine is not to make a sellable product, it is to build a strong groundwork on which its collaborators can comfortably build. We aim to make YIFF! Magazine a self-sustaining entity.

Safe yiffing!
